We can identify the sound in silence. The first primordial creation is the sound of 'Omkara'. All hymns (Slokas) and chantings start with Omkara and conclude with Om Shanthi Om Shanthi Om Shanthi hi!. The universe is also the form of Omkra which is also the first form of sound. When one chants 'Om' in the wee hours of the morning the negative tendencies vanish. The vibrations and waves that emanate from Omkara purify the sense organs. As soap removes dirt from a soaked piece of cloth the Omkara annihilates the karma that has piled up through the past births.

Omkara is the form of God. It is instrumental for creation. In ancient times Rishis (ascetics) practiced Omkara and they themselves transformed into God (merged with the supreme). The sound Om comprises of Aa-Kara,Wu-kara and Ma-kara (involves pronunciation of Aa, Wu and Ma). In the A-kara, Wu-kara and Ma-kara of the sound 'Om', the powers of Bramha (the creator), Vishnu (the sustainer) and Maheshwara (the destroyer) are latent. The kernel of Omkara is oneness. In Vedas omkara is given special importance. If one practices Omkara in the early morning then it will be easy for him to take up its vibrations. Like the way honeybees going in search of the nectar the Rishis (ascetics) and Saadhus go in for the contemplation of Omkara.

Though God is nameless and formless to infuse self-awareness and to make the Jeevis know the meaning of the truth, righteousness and peace (Satya, Dharma and Shanthi) out of his own merciful freewill he condescends to take the human form. The day is not far off when peace, sense of oneness and love will permeate the universe. With the will of God nothing is impossible. Just for a tiny handful quantity of beaten rice offered by Kuchela Sri Krishna was merciful enough to change his dilapidated into a palatial mansion. If we start with one step towards him, he starts towars us with a hundred steps. Such is the kindness of the lord. His will makes the impossible possible. Many were skeptic when Baba declared that the super specialty hospital will be ready within an year. The hospital started functioning within an year as previously announced.

As per the saying 'Yad Bhavam Tad Bhavathi' (things happen as per will) God reacts according to your mind's attitude. He has no bars and he is omnipresent and all are his reflections. He wants everyone of you to understand this Truth. When you ask swami 'who am I?' he says 'you are also me', strive to experience this attitude of oneness with swami and totally merge in swami.
